Program Details: Jump start your road to better health with our one hour golf fitness bootcamps. This weekly program is designed to help improve mobility, increase golf-specific strength and power, and reduce your risk of the common injuries that plague avid golfers.
- Focuses on building strength, balance stability, and mobility for functional performance
- Use of body weight training, medicine balls, kettle bells, and resistance bands/ropes
- Group Training environment
- Run in conjunction with TPI (Titleist Performance Institute)
